Mother's Day Celebration

Description: Bring the whole family out to The Hub at noon to celebrate that special woman in your life - your mom! Enjoy free mimosas & free mini massages from Vivo Salan 12pm-till. To cap the afternoon off, The Hub will show Steel Magnolias on the Screen starting at 6pm. Free and open to everyone. Come sit outdoors on comfy chairs and enjoy dinner, drinks, ice cream and shakes, and a fun family movie on the big screen at The Hub on Scenic 30A at WaterSound Beach.
Hoops and Kisses: Mother’s Day Hoop Lesson

Description: A beginner level hoop class for moms, daughters, sons, neighbors, and friends! Spend your Mother’s Day morning laughing and sharing memories on the beach. No experience required. Be prepared to learn a little, laugh a lot, and definitely earn those mimosas afterward! (Or before. We won’t tell.)

30th ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival

Description: The 30th annual ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival is a Mother's Day weekend tradition featuring 120+ juried visual artists, live music and entertainment, ImagiNation: where kids rule, food, beverages and more! Held in the Town Center of Grand Boulevard, ArtsQuest will take place May 12th, 10am - 7pm and May 13th, 10am - 5pm. Jeep Beach Jam

Description: When you combine 5 days of family fun, Jeep activities, and thousands of Jeep enthusiasts on “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches”, you have a formula for a successful Jeep Beach Jam (JBJ)! In just two short years, JBJ has posted record Jeep attendance numbers, exceeding the first two years numbers of nearly every Jeep Event on the East Coast. JBJ welcomed over 900 jeeps its inaugural year and over 1200 Jeeps in year two. JBJ is now gearing up for its 3rd Annual Jeep Beach Jam, set for May 15-20, 2018. We are estimating more than 2,000 jeeps from over 14 States will invade Panama City Beach that week, exploring our natural resources and local businesses! We have planned intra-coastal off-road scenic trail rides, a Poker Run, a multi-day Scavenger Hunt, a “Day at the Beach and Surf School” along with sandcastle demonstrations, beach bonfires and luaus, a drive-in movie-night and much, much more! 11th Annual Digital Graffiti Festival

Description: On May 18th the iconic white walls of Alys Beach are transformed into a spectacular vision of stunning digital art. Said to be a one-of-a-kind art festval – artists from around the globe gather to celebrate and showcase their unique talents. “Alys Beach becomes their blank canvas,” said Kelli Siler, Alys Beach Director of Events. “Digital Graffiti explores how design, technology and architecture can intertwine to create entirely new art forms. Gulf Therapy – A Community Paddle Out
When: Every 1st & 3rd Friday @ 7:00 am
Where: Grayton Beach Florida's Scenic Hwy 30A
Description: Join the local surf and paddle board community for a morning dose of “Gulf Therapy.” Tackle mental health issues with a simple recipe – saltwater, sun, and sand. Paddle out with the community and start the weekend off right. Salt water is always healing, therapeutic, and the perfect solution for a balanced life. This paddle out will start at the Western Lake boat launch in Grayton Beach, then head over to the Gulf where the beach connects. This way you can get comfortable paddling in the Gulf with support, or choose a mellow paddle in the lake. Adventure 30A will have paddle board rentals available for $10. If there are waves bring a surfboard!
Paddle South Walton – Weekly Paddle Excursion @ South Walton
When: Saturdays @ 8:00 am - 10:30 am
Where: South Walton (Location changes)
Description: This is a weekly paddle expedition open to anyone who would like to attend. Location changes every Saturday, and participants must bring their own paddle board and gear. Meet is at 8 o’clock sharp on Saturdays, and paddle departs location at 8:30 am returning to the starting location at 10:30 am. 30A YOLO Bike Club – Excursion Ride
When: Every Saturday @ 9:00am
Where: YOLO Board + Bike | Gulf Place Town Center | 30A
Description: Now in its third year, the 30A YOLO Bike & Beach Club brings together locals and visitors of all skill levels for a fun and laid-back exploration of South Walton’s natural habitats. Group bike rides are free and take place every Saturday. Participants meet at the YOLO Bike + Beach Store in Gulf Place at 8:45 a.m, depart at 9:00am, then ride through the trails of Point Washington State Forest. All skill levels and bike brands are welcome – “ride what ya got!”. Bikes are available for rent.
Happy Hour Paddle
When: Every Saturday 3:30pm - 7:00pm
Where: Tom's Landing
Description: Join us for a Stand Up Paddleboard Adventure offering one of the only SUP Sunset trips in the area! The trip starts at our Paddle Hut Hideawa, located just 5 minutes north of Grayton Beach. Learn the basics in our calm secluded lagoon, then paddle down the canal and out into the beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay and paddle to The Bay Restaurant for Happy Hour. Arrive at the area’s hottest new hang out via paddleboard and enjoy a cold beverage & appetizer and then paddle back enjoying the sunset and looking for dolphins dancing in the Bay. Approximately a 45 minute paddle to the restaurant, we hang out there for about an hour, and paddle another 45 minutes back. All gear, professional instruction, photography, and tour guide are provided for this 3 hour adventure. Food and beverages are optional and not included in price.
