Well into the the Spring season, April was another busy month for our team! 


For many who own here, it's proven to be a smart and satisfying move to purchase an investment property or second home. The Emerald Coast never ceases to provide a favorite place for young and old, all year round. Destin and the surrounding areas are an especially wonderful place to spend spring and summer with the whole family. From families with small children and teens to adults seeking the ultimate beach getaway, visitors find themselves smitten with Destin’s charms. It's impossible to resist our expansive resorts, friendly small-town vibe, and world-class outdoor activities such as swimming, golfing and fishing. Whether visitors book a dolphin cruise, dig into fresh seafood dinners, or sample the vibrant nightlife – Destin is sure to dazzle. 


In case you missed it in our newsletter this month, check out what the data showed from the world's largest vacation rental search engine – HomeToGo.com. Panama City Beach and Destin were ranked as the top two most popular Florida destinations for Spring Break. Panama City Beach saw over $27 million spent weekly on vacation rentals during spring break, while Destin saw over $17 million. Now is the time to invest in paradise! 


Our team had an active share in the April market, and are preparing for the busy summer season when the weather and the real estate are hot! 


In April we assisted our wonderful buyers in the sales of the following properties:

The activity this year has been exciting and we're hustling our way through the ever popular spring season. We love staying in touch to keep both our buyers and sellers prepared for the rest of the year, and beyond. This is a great time to perform some due diligence regarding purchasing property. Spring is in full swing – and keeping on top of the market will ensure that you don't miss any deals.
