Looking at the numbers year-over-year, we see that the number of properties sold decreased by 7%, while the sold volume increased by 18%. The market continues to stay quite active as the desire to own along the Emerald Coast stays consistent. As seen in the infographic below, the median sales prices are mostly up across the area, making this a fantastic time to sell!
