Here is your Emerald Coast monthly market update for February! Looking at the numbers year-over-year, we see that the number of properties sold decreased by 9%, while the sold volume increased by 3%. The market continues to stay quite active as the desire to own along the Emerald Coast stays consistent. Spring is sure to bring even more buyers to the area.
