This was a great unit to shoot and market. Located in Miramar Beach, tucked between Highway 98 and Scenic 98 with so many fantastic amenities, we knew this lovely villa would appeal to buyers desiring to live the coastal lifestyle or make an investment in paradise. We made the most of these aspects and featured them in our marketing plan. Along with professional photography, we produced a video tour of the unit and community highlights. We promoted this on social media and in email marketing to create an interest in the property.
 
 
   


For ease of access in learning more about the unit and community, we featured the property in our monthly newsletter to send to our database of investors and agents that link to both the property website and video tour.
