Here is your Emerald Coast monthly market update for October!  Looking at the numbers year-over-year, we see that the number of properties sold decreased by 23%, with the sold volume also showing a decrease at -9%. Though we're seeing a slight decline in the sales numbers, the market continues to stay quite active. As seen in the infographic below, the median sales prices are holding steady or going up across the area, making this a fantastic time to sell!
