Here is your Emerald Coast monthly market update for October! Looking at the numbers year-over-year, we see that the number of properties sold decreased by 38%, and there was a 22% decrease in the sold volume. Though we are seeing a steady decline in numbers, the market continues to stay quite active as the desire to own along the Emerald Coast remains consistent. We're keeping a close eye on the market to find the perfect deal for our buyers. As seen in the infographic below, the median sales prices are up across most areas, making this a fantastic time to sell as well!
